- When comparing WVPA member co-op’s consumer satisfaction (ACSI) scores to that of electric utilities across the country, WVPA’s ACSI score is among the highest at 78. The average ACSI score for energy utilities is 74.
- 56 percent of co-op members live in homes that are between 1,000 and 2,000 square feet.
- 57 percent of co-op members have programmable thermostats in their homes.
- Of co-op members who have a programmable thermostat in their homes, only 49 percent actually program for varying temperatures.
